First Extended Service Corporation - Would not cover front strut replacement
I took my vehicle to a local reputable auto shop to have a leaky strut replaced. When the shop contacted the warranty company they denied the claim saying my vehicle did not have struts.
They said my vehicle has shocks. However the part is labeled a strut from the manufacturer of the strut. I know cars and I know what a strut is as I have replaced them before. They were not flexible or open to discussion at all.
This company has denied claims in the past on other vehicles I have owned.
I should have known better to buy another extended warranty. Do not give in to the finance guy at the dealership when he pushes this warranty.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
